Antenatal & Postnatal Care Package
From the comforts of home, receive antenatal and postpartum care from an Endorsed Midwife from conception until your baby is 7 weeks old, including unlimited access to your own private midwife 24/7 to tailor your care to your individual pregnancy needs.
Endorsed Midwives have the ability to order pregnancy-related pathology and ultrasound, prescribe medication as indicated and facilitate specialist care input if required to promote health and wellness irrespective of your pregnancy and postpartum experience.
Please note - homebirth care is not currently available, and women will be assisted to choose a hospital for labour and birth care. Mum, Babe & Meg is available for labour & birth support for additional fee.

Pregnancy-Specific Bodywork
Spinning Babies AWARE Practitioner
With specialised training in the interplay between the bony pelvis and underlying soft tissues of the complex layers of the pelvis, abdomen and broader body, Mum, Babe & Meg offers a unique bodywork service that aims to address your pregnancy aches by offering muscle release and lengthening using touch. With an understanding of unique pregnancy anatomy and positioning of your baby, pregnancy bodywork releases tightness from the soft tissue to support physiology, balance and allow your body to carry your baby more comfortably. Additional benefits include the importance of preparing your body for labour and birth, with bodywork techniques proven to reduce time spent in labour and women’s pain relief requirements in labour, ultimately contributing to increased likelihood of a more natural birth experience.
Pain in pregnancy is abnormal, and this new perspective offers an opportunity to listen to our bodies and our babies by using gentle movement and touch to create balance and space for women to carry and birth their babies more effectively.
Investment - current services are bulk-billed (no-charge to clients with Medicare).

Debriefing
Sometimes your pregnancy, birth or postpartum experience doesn’t go as planned or has some expected bumps in the road, leaving you or your support people overwhelmed, withdrawn or impacting your ability to parent or maintain regular work or life demands.
Within the Masters of Primary Maternity Care, Meg has completed Counselling and Mental Health study and offers a space to unpack your experiences of pregnancy with someone who knows there is more to your pregnancy and birth than physical health outcomes.
This service offering extends it’s availablity to include students and health practitioners (please enquiry for pricing).

Lactation, Feeding Support & Postnatal Care
From the comforts of home, settle into parenthood with access to midwifery care at your fingertips for when you really need it.
Postnatal care package includes access to midwifery care 24/7 via appointment or phone, enabling you to flourish into parenthood with supoort and reasssurance from a midwife you trust. With experience and continued specialised study in newborn feeding and maternal lactation, Meg is passionate about supporting families beyond birth to support family and community wellness.
Families can also access single consultations via appointment, to address feeding challenges or seek private postnatal care to meet their individual needs.
As an Endorsed Midwife, women and babies can access pathology, imaging and referrals to ensure the whole family’s healthcare needs are met. Service available until your baby is 7 weeks old (calculated from date of birth).

Education Session
Knowledge is power! Approach Labour & Birth and/or the Postpartum period with confidence by completing a 2 hr private education session with Mum, Babe & Meg from the comforts of home. Tailored to your questions and unique pregnancy experience, this is perfect for first-time or returning parents.
Also available for midwifery or nursing students eager to learn about labour, birth and postpartum from a new, holistic perspective.
Individual or group sessions available.
Investment - $200 (Medicare rebate $51.75).

Please note - pricing does not include travel. Travel will be charged for any travel distance >60km from Koorawatha NSW, at a rate of 0.75/km.
